“Seinfeld: The Apartment” Takes Over Meatpacking This Week
Complete with a Kramer barge-in door
Some recent business news: You may have heard of a tiny little deal Jerry Seinfeld struck with Hulu. (Oh, that $180 million thing?)
Well, it’s all finally happening--but in an awesome, extremely NYC-specific way we didn’t expect. Starting this Wednesday, not only will you be able to binge all 180 episodes of the ’90s sitcom, but you'll also be able to poke around a re-creation of the iconic set.
Get excited for “Seinfeld: The Apartment.”
It’s a pop-up experience happening in the Meatpacking District this week, where you can peruse props, scripts, costumes and rare memorabilia--all in the form of Jerry’s fictional Upper West Side digs.
Whatever you do, maybe a trip to Tom's Diner afterward is in order.
Open from Wednesday, June 24, to Sunday, June 28; from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; 451 W. 14th St. (at Tenth Ave.)
