The Only Arm Workout You’ll Ever Need

There’s still time to get Michelle Obama arms

Hoping to get halter-worthy arms and shoulders by Labor Day? Watch our girl Alyssa show you the best moves for toning your arms.

Exercise 1: Tricep Dips
To start, sit on a bench and stick your legs straight out. Then shift your weight off your butt and onto your arms. Lower your body and bend your elbows until your arms are at a 90-degree angle, then press back up just like a reverse pushup.

Exercise 2: Pushups
You may associate this exercise with high school gym class, but they’re super effective for toning you arms, back, chest and even your core.

Exercise 3: Bicep Curls and Shoulder Press
This duo move targets your biceps (duh), triceps and back for triple the impact. Start with a dumbbell in each hand and your palms facing forward. Curl your arms up so the weights meet your shoulders. Now turn your palms in to face one another and press your arms up above your head, keeping your back straight.
