When participants in a recent study sipped 7.4 fluid ounces of pear juice before consuming alcohol, they reported a significant decrease in hangover symptoms the next day. The symptom that was most improved? Trouble concentrating. Hallelujah!
The key, of course, is to consume the pear or pear juice before that first glass of wine.
