TroupeFit Is Changing the Way New Yorkers Work Out
It's a jungle out there. Work out at home.

Story of our lives: We want to squeeze in a workout, but those errands aren’t going to run themselves. And there’s nothing for dinner. And it’s raining. On those hectic days when you can’t bring yourself to schlep to the gym, this genius new app will send a personal trainer to your door for $49.

How do I book a session? Download the free TroupeFit app and enter your contact and payment information. Pick a class (yoga, Pilates or general training), an available time and pay for your session instantly--single sessions are $49; if you want to invite a friend, it’s $85.

Who are the personal trainers? Before you book a session, browse the profiles of TroupeFit trainers in your area on the app. We picked Taylor, a yoga instructor who studied at YogaWorks and strives to increase flexibility and improve sleep patterns through her classes.

What are the sessions like? Taylor arrived at our door right on time and with a smile. Equipped with blocks and yoga straps, she got to work, demonstrating moves and helping us through a personalized 45-minute beginner’s class. Trainers will cater your session to your skill level and any prior injuries. And yep, Taylor's workout did help us get a great night's sleep afterward.

What if my apartment is a closet? Don’t worry--the trainer will help you get a great workout in any space that can fit a yoga mat. Even in tight quarters, you’ll still feel like a celebrity.
