Meet Tinsley Mortimer, RHONY's Fanciest Housewife Yet

Richmond, Virginia, to be exact. Her family home is so massive that it has its own name: Graymont. 

That means she sits front row with Anna Wintour during New York Fashion Week and has been to a lot of society events. Mortimer used her notoriety to her advantage and leveraged her personal brand to launch several lifestyle companies such as handbag line Samantha Thavasa by Tinsley Mortimer and clothing collection Riccimie by Tinsley Mortimer. She is a graduate of New York’s Columbia University, after all.

Tinsley and Topper (adorbs, we know) met at a prestigious boarding school in New Jersey. They eloped when they were 18 but then got married for real when they were 26. Seven years later the pair went through a very public divorce that led Tinsley to move to Florida. P.S. His real name isn't Topper; it's Robert Livingston, and his family is one of the oldest in New York.

Mortimer worked as a beauty assistant at the prolific magazine before she ironically began to grace its glossy pages. That's one snazzy Cinderella story.

At the height of her socialite status, Mortimer played herself on the ritzy NYC drama Gossip Girl. She attended the classic Hamptons White Party where fellow blue blood Eric van der Woodsen introduced her to little Jenny Humphrey. She also had her own CW reality series called High Society, which was canceled after eight episodes.

Mortimer worked with iconic fashion house Christian Dior to create a gloss called "Tinsley Pink." You know you've made it when you have a lip color named after you.

Remember when we said Mortimer moved to Florida after her divorce? Well, she started dating a younger man, and when she stopped by his house for her purse (after they broke up), he had her arrested for trespassing. After her arrest, Mortimer said goodbye to Palm Beach and decided to shack up with her old friend Sonja Morgan. And the rest is history.
