How to Make a Mexican Chocolate Milkshake:

Step 1: Add 2 to 3 scoops dark chocolate ice cream, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper and 1 cup whole milk to a blender.

Step 2: Blend until all ingredients are combined.

Step 3: Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream.

Sip slowly—to avoid brain freeze (duh).
